Accommodations: The 312 guest suites are divided among 8 categories, and housed within 26 white-walled 2-story villas with red terracotta roofs. All feature a private balcony or ground-floor patio, views of the gardens or sea, air-conditioning, telephones, hairdryers, and in-room safes. Verandah suites feature satellite TV and stocked mini-bars. NOTE: Garden, Atrium, and Beachfront suites do not include TVs. Select suites have Jacuzzi bathtubs. TIP: Beachfront and Atrium suites have the most privacy.
Dining & Entertainment: The Palms is the main restaurant, serving continental and full breakfast buffets, a lunchtime buffet featuring international and local dishes, and offering evening dining with a menu. Patois Patio serves an a la carte breakfast, and Caribbean-Latin fusion for dinner. The Sea Grape Café offers local specialties such as jerk chicken and fish, as well as vegetarian dishes. For lunch, casual fare, and snacks, the Cabana Grill is open from 11:00am-5:00am. For dinner, there's Lemon Grass, specializing in Thai cuisine, and Feathers, serving gourmet continental cuisine with Caribbean influences (reservations and a dress code are required). Drinks are poured at 8 bars, including a sports bar and the piano bar. Nightly entertainment includes live cabaret, a house band, and cocktail and beach parties throughout the week. Guests can enjoy complimentary shuttles to Margaritaville for a slightly wilder evening.
Recreation: The 10-acre sports and fitness complex is a major selling point for the health-minded clientele. There is an elaborate open-air fitness center, an Olympic-size lap pool, massages, sauna, steam room, 10 lighted tennis courts, racquetball, squash, and basketball, yoga, and aerobics classes. Snorkeling, waterskiing, kayaking, and windsurfing are among the water sports, as is scuba diving (with introductory certification for novices). Complimentary access and shuttle to the Negril Hills Golf Club is included. An infinity pool, 3 whirlpools, a large lagoon-style pool, and the beach provide plenty of room to soak and sunbathe.

- Main Dining Room - A casual restaurant overlooking the swimming pool that serves fresh, healthy international fare inspired by the tastes of the Caribbean. Five nights are á la carte, two are buffet. T-shirts, tank tops, shorts and sneakers are not allowed at dinner
- Feathers - A gourmet restaurant with a menu full of international delights, native flavors and island specialties. Men must wear a shirt with collar, long pants and dress shoes. T-shirts, tank top, shorts and sneakers are not allowed.
- Beachside Grill - Serving grilled chicken breast and grilled fish sandwiches.
- Al Fresco Seagrape Café - A casual beachside restaurant serving Jamaican and Caribbean cuisine. T-shirts, tank tops, shorts and sneakers are not allowed.
