Accommodations: Guest rooms and suites are decorated in a nautical theme, with brightly colored, overstuffed furniture and private furnished balconies with ocean or marina views. State-of-the-art amenities include either 32" or 42" plasma-screen TVs with pay movies and video games, complimentary wireless Internet access, and available DVD players in some rooms. Rooms have king or 2 double beds, a mini-bar, coffeemaker, hair dryer, alarm clock, and iron and ironing board, and suites add a desk and either an in-room Jacuzzi or a double-sided fireplace. Ocean-side suites have 4-post wrought iron beds and claw-foot bathtubs. Marble baths have shower/tub combinations, plush white terry bathrobes, and custom-designed bath amenities. Concierge services are available for all rooms.
Dining & Entertainment: The signature restaurant Baleen faces the Pacific Ocean and the marina, and has a menu full of creative seafood specialties with some meat and poultry dishes as well. Inside, the motif is balanced with dark wood flooring and accents, while the outdoor patio overlooks the marina with dramatic drapery and fire pits. The upstairs bar offers a cosmopolitan-lounge vibe, with a fireplace, sofas, and chairs. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are served. The Living Room Bar is an ocean-view lounge set in a 3-story atrium with a fireplace, lounge chairs, and floor-to-ceiling windows revealing panoramic Pacific views. Room service also is available from early morning to late evening.
Recreation: Guests work out in a 24-hour fitness center equipped with cardio equipment and free weights, and relax in an outdoor pool and spa tub.
