A garden of Eden is abundant with flowers and palm trees, hundreds of species of tropical plants, overflowing hedges of crimson bouganvillas. Pathways zigzag to a crystal swimming pool surrounded by flowers and fanned palms, fronting a white sand beach, with a vibrant turquoise sea protected by an enormous coral reef.
The concept at NaturaPark Resort is to integrate the use of natural woods, coconuts and stone, with architecture in a Polynesian design, and the flavor of the South Seas. Natural light and air flow through the main areas. You'll see sculptures and art denoting the culture of the Taino Indians, hand-crafted furnishings of polished logs with fat cushions forming chairs and couches. Flourishes of floral bouquets, polished rich wood, tile floors -- everything immaculately clean. A harmonious theme, with an uplifting feeling of serenity and calmness, and an awakening of one's senses.
The' Metamorphosis Spa' is a sanction of tranquility, with such treatments as 'Island Recovery,' 'Chocolate Dreamland Exfoliation.' Imagine sinking into an exotic flower bath after a sauna, then dining under a thatched roof of the Half Moon Steakhouse, with a view of neon-peach flamingos wading in a small lagoon.
The ambiance and surroundings are magical, and suited to those in the fast world, who long for a laid back vacation. And to see beauty before their eyes in a contained Paradise.
Accommodations: 510 rooms in 13 blocks - two floors; Dominican style villas in soft streaky pink color, nestled in gardens. (even the paint is natural) only the 20 suites within the inventory are oceanview. Rooms are nicely furnished in rich wood, air-conditioned, have 2 double or one king bed [* note: only 25% of rooms have kings so are on request with no guarantee,] some with sofa bed, ceiling fan, in-room safe (no charge), satellite TV, iron and ironing board, coffee maker, min-bar with water, soft drinks and beer replenished daily, bathroom with tub and shower, hairdryer. Balcony or patio. Suites: Offer the same amenities as rooms, with two double beds or one king the and 2 sofa beds. Table and chairs, and one bathroom with tub. (a few have 2 bathrooms).
The ecological architecture takes advantage of the natural resources of the area and offers a sensation of freshness and comfort by using organic materials such as stone, coconut, wood, cane, etc.

- Media Luna - A la carte grill steakhouse located in the central lake by the flamingoes. Reservations are required. Dress code is observed. Open for dinner only.
- La Cana - International buffet opened for breakfast, lunch and dinner offering a selection of healthy/light food on every meal (wellness buffet). Wine served by the glass during lunch and dinner. This restaurant is non-smoking. Dress code is observed.
- La Gondola - A la carte restaurant offering Italian cuisine specialties. Reservations are required. Dress code is observed. Open for dinner only.
- La Perla - A la carte beach-side restaurant offering seafood specialties. Lobster is included in the menu. Reservations required. Dress code is observed. Open for dinner only.
