The AAA 4-Diamond Bali by the Sea, which serves international cuisine, is a standout. Get your fortune told at the Golden Dragon Chinese restaurant. Every night there’s a torch-lighting ceremony, and the King’s Jubilee, with a procession, Polynesian dance and music, plus beachfront fireworks, takes place weekly.
