Accommodations: The 234 guest rooms and suites are housed within 9 3-story buildings. All rooms feature a private, furnished balcony or ground-floor patio with views of the gardens, beach, or ocean. NOTE: Buildings 1-5 overlook the gardens, while building 6 is closest to the pool area, and not recommended for light sleepers. Amenities include remote-controlled air-conditioning, king size bed, digital cable LCD TV, iPod/MP3 Docking Stations, phone, in-room safe, hairdryer, and nightly turndown service. Deluxe Beachfront rooms have mini-bars. Suites feature mini-bars, sitting areas, Jacuzzi bathtubs, bathrobes, and hors d'oeuvres delivered in the evening.
Dining & Entertainment: The Cassava Terrace Restaurant is open for all meals, and serves a full breakfast spread with cook-to-order stations at breakfast, a buffet for lunch, and a la carte in the evening. The Beach Grill serves casual fare throughout the day, and snacks from 10:00pm-5:00am. Heliconia serves Mediterranean grilled cuisine and pasta. Lychee guests experience a taste of Asian fusion served in a casual but elegant ambiance with stunning wall to wall art pieces. Patrons have the opportunity to observe the experienced chefs prepare their favorite dishes with the restaurant’s open kitchen floor plan. Otaheite specializes in Jamaican-Caribbean fusion, and requires reservations. Continental breakfast in bed is available, and guests staying in suites have the option of in-room evening meals. Drinks are served at 4 bars. There are themed parties and live entertainment in the evenings.
Recreation: Padded chaise lounges on the beach, and by the pools, provide a comfortable way to sunbathe, with shade courtesy of the palm trees. There are whirlpools, natural lagoons, and the main free-form pool, which includes a swim-up bar. Indulge in a full menu of massages, treatments, and beauty services at the spa. Active travelers will enjoy beach and pool volleyball, soccer, 4 tennis courts (2 lit for night play), and 2 fitness centers. Instruction is provided in snorkeling, sailing, wind-surfing, and waterskiing. There is a nearby golf course, and green fees and transportation are complimentary. There are also glass bottom boat tours, catamaran sailing cruises, nature walks, and organized trips to the local crafts market and Margaritaville.

Beach Description
Couples Negril rests on 1000 ft of beachfront, and the hotel offers on-site scuba certification programs free of charge. Beginners who have completed the course receive one free dive daily, and two dives are extended to previously certified divers.

Restaurants
There are 4 Restaurants at Couples Negril:
- Otaheite - A casually elegant fine dining Caribbean-fusion restaurant open from 6:15pm-8:45 pm every night except Mon. Men must wear a shirt with collar, long pants and dress shoes. T-shirts, tank tops, shorts, jeans and sandals are not allowed.
- Grill Restaurant - Feast on the flavors of the Mediterranean with a selection of specially grilled meals and delicious pasta dishes for dinner. Sneakers, shorts, t-shirts and tank-tops are not allowed.
- The Beach Grill - Enjoy great food and drinks in a casual open-air, beach side setting. Open 11am-6:30pm daily. Dessert buffet open each evening at 10pm. The Beach Grill also offers a simple menu of grilled food until 5am.
- Cassava Terrace Restaurant - Open-air dining with a continental breakfast station for early risers beginning at 5:30 am. Full breakfast from 7:30am-10:30am. Buffet lunch and dinner are also served daily. Sneakers, shorts, t-shirts and tank-tops are not allowed at dinner.
