New World Fusion is the restaurant’s specialty, fresh seafood, conch, and grilled meats, along with salads and side dishes, prepared with a blend of European-influenced methods and flavored with tropical fruits, herbs, and spices indigenous to the Caribbean. The Beach Cafe is open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Room service is also available.
