All 96 rooms and suites have a balcony or patio with a pool, garden, or ocean view, 1 king-size bed or 2 twin beds, and rattan rocking chairs. Elegant colonial furnishings are poised among present-day amenities: air-conditioning, mini-fridge, satellite TV, mini-bar, tea/coffee maker, private bath with shower, in-room safe, and hairdryer. Suites have a separate living area with a sofa bed. Some rooms contain a bi-level sitting area, which allows for more floor space. That can be especially good if traveling with children.

Overlooking the gardens and swimming lagoons, the Laguna Restaurant prepares a full English or continental breakfast, luncheon salads and sandwiches, a la carte or buffet dinners, and weekly barbecues on the beach. For more intimate gourmet dining on French-Bajan cuisine, make a reservation at The Orchid. Diners there are restricted to those ages 12 and over. Both restaurants are vegetarian-friendly and have a dress code. The window of dining options is wider still, because you can visit any restaurant at sibling hotels. Sip aperitifs and after-dinner drinks, while listening to live music, at the Planters Lounge. The poolside swim-up Sunset Bar is a popular setting for evening soirees.
