Accommodations: The guest suites are housed within the large 3-story wings. All junior suites feature a private balcony or terrace with views of the gardens, courtyard, or ocean, a sitting area, and a hydro-massage bathtub. Amenities include air-conditioning, satellite TV, phone, in-room safe, mini-bar, liquor dispenser, iron/ironing board, and hairdryer. Suites are more spacious, with separate living areas, and select suites feature in-room Jacuzzis. Room service is available from 7:00am-11:00pm.
Dining & Entertainment: Don Manolo is an international buffet with on-the-spot cooking stations, open for all meals with 3 themed evenings a week. There are also 5 options for a la carte dining: Botafogo specializes in Brazilian cuisine; Sir Oliver offers a gourmet menu; Yashima serves Japanese; Agave is a Mexican restaurant; and Chilis doubles as a poolside grill and a steakhouse. NOTE: Evening a la carte dining requires reservations and maintains a dress code. Drinks, light fare, and snacks are available 24 hours a day in the sports bar, and drinks are also served at 4 additional bars. Live music, shows, and a nightclub keep things exciting after the sun goes down.
Recreation: The large free-form pool has a swim-up bar, in-pool tables and booths, plus an adjoining Jacuzzi, making a fantastic combo swimming/social scene. Loungers dot the beach, and an abundance of palm trees provide plenty of shade. Water sports include snorkeling, kayaking, sailing, and windsurfing. Tennis courts are lighted for night play. Mexican Street, a common area within the resort, houses a gym, sauna, and the Renova Spa, as well as a variety of shops. A children's pool, playground, and daily entertainment programs help kids have fun and make new friends.
