Accommodations: Curved like a giant C and opening toward the beach, the building offers ocean views from most rooms, and most have furnished balconies. NOTE: Ground-floor rooms lack views. King beds or paired double beds, air-conditioning, satellite TV, phones, in-room safes, coffee makers, hairdryers, and irons/ironing boards are all standard. Crown Club Rooms were designed with couples in mind, with added perks like mini-bars, his-and-her robes, and invitations to lunch cruises and romantic dinners. Honeymoon suites have balconies with 2-person Jacuzzis. Family Suites accommodate up to 7. If you arrive early, or depart late, head to the Hospitality Room which has sofas and a TV, cookies and coffee, lockers and showers.
Dining & Entertainment: Dining options include the La Palapa Buffet, which is open for all meals, and 6 a la carte options: French, Mexican, Japanese, seafood, and Italian restaurants, and an "Old West" steakhouse with a mechanical bull. The specialty restaurants are open for dinner only, and require reservations. Room service runs 24 hours. A snack shop stays open from 9:00pm-6:00am. A poolside snack bar serves grilled and deli-style fare. A pool bar, beach bar, disco, and 4 other bars mix drinks. The Collage has table games and a screening room. Jetix is the teen bar, which has a juke box and non-alcoholic beverages. Themed shows, ranging from Broadway to Mexican to Carnival, take the stage nightly.
Recreation: Play tennis on lighted courts, volleyball on the beach or in the pool. There's a mini-golf course and an arcade. You're a 5-minute shuttle away from kayaking, sailing, and windsurfing. You have unlimited play at the Pok-ta-Pok Golf course, one of the most popular in Cancun. The spa has menus of hydrotherapy, massage, facial, body, and beauty treatments. There are play areas and activity programs for babies and kids. There are 5 pools, including 2 set beachside, an adults-only pool, and the kids' water park pool, with a pirate ship and 8 slides.

- Fisherman's Seafood - A la carte seafood dishes that will make your palate sing. Dress Code- Casual elegant for dinner dining.
- Fifties - An international gourmet à la carte restaurant with live music from the 40's and 50's. This restaurant is adults only. Dress code- Men are required to wear long pants, dress shirts or polo shirts and closed shoes for dinner dining.
- La Piazza - A delicious a la carte Italian restaurant with a romantic ambiance. Dress code required- Men are required to wear long pants, polo or dress shirts and closed shoes for dinner dining.
- Arigato - A la carte Japanese restaurant open daily for lunch from 12 noon to 5:00 pm
- La Palapa - An impressive poolside buffet restaurant offering breakfast, lunch and dinner. Dress Code- From 7:00 am to 5:00 pm shirt and shoes are required, after 5:00 pm no beach wear or tank tops are allowed for dinner dining.
- Wayne`s Boots - This sumptuous steakhouse serves mouthwatering Southwestern dishes in a Country Western ambiance, complete with a mechanical bull ride. Dress code- Casual elegant for dinner dining.
- Los Gallos - A wonderful restaurant serving authentic Mexican cuisine in an intimate atmosphere. Dress code- Men are required to wear long pants, polo or dress shirts and closed shoes for dinner dining.
